Cloud House Farm REVIEW in “The Guardian”

Thanks to The Guardian for the mention in their Glamping feature “Carry on glamping: Europe’s poshest, coolest camping experiences

Cloud House Farm, Andalucia

Cloud House Farm is a mountain hideaway that will open its doors, or awnings, in August 2010. There are a number of secret yurt spots deep in a cork oak forest on this 300-year-old farm, plus rope swings and river swimming here in the Rio Genal valley, with the Sierra Bermeja mountains forming the perfect backdrop. Day trips could include a hike or a mountain-bike expedition, or just stroll around the farm until you find the perfect wild swimming spot.

Griffon Vulture over Cloud House Farm

Griffon vulture gliding low over the farm house this lunch time, lucky I had the camera at hand….. these things have to be seen to be believed, they’re huge up to 2.5m wingspan!

There are tens of thousands on the iberian peninsular and we have feeding stations in the local area where you can get real close up & intimate!
