Our neighbours Finca has come up for sale, its a beautiful smallholding just 15mins walk from Cloud House Farm<\/a>. This could be a great opportunity to own an established Finca and a good piece of wild Mediteranian forest within a stones throw of our Glamping retreat<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Seven\u00a0hectares of mixed woodland and irrigated orchards\/ vegetable plots. The finca has its own\u00a0plentiful water supply<\/strong>\u00a0from its own spring (one of the most prolific in the area). There are productive areas of cork, olives and chestnuts as well as some fruit trees (including almonds, plums, oranges and a few avocados).<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The finca is set in a secluded valley (close to the river Almachar) which is a haven for wildlife. There are salamanders living near the spring, a very rich birdlife (it is close to the main migration routes) and in spring, there are masses of wildflowers. It is\u00a0a naturalist’s dream<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

There are\u00a0three buildings. The old house, approximately 5 x 10 meters, is stone built. It is habitable though in need of restoration. There is also a small wooden house with two bedrooms and a bathroom, and a brick built workshop (approx 6 x 6m). There is a solar electricity system.<\/p>\n

The buildings have wood-burning stoves (the finca is self-sufficient in firewood). There is also abread oven.<\/p>\n

The spring feeds an\u00a0alberca\/\u00a0<\/em>plunge pool, perfect for endless summer afternoons ……<\/p>\n
